Deep Dive German: Language Practice & Grammar (GER Levels A1-C1)

Course Description
The aim of this course is to strengthen your language skills in reading, listening, speaking, and writing, and to review specific grammar topics. The focus is on language practice: interactive exercises, discussions, and realistic tasks allow students to actively apply what they have learned and fill in any gaps in their knowledge.
The course is aimed at students who;
- want to strengthen their current language skills and prepare themselves optimally for the next course.
- want to improve gaps in their language skills or grammatical knowledge.
Course outline
- 2 x per week, 6 weeks (total: 33 hours a 45 minutes)
- Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday
- 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., including a 15 minute break

- Biocenter Großhadern (online)
Costs
- Course fee: 160,00 € (Information about grants and subsidies)

Participants
- To enable efficient learning, group sizes are limited. Each course has around 18 participants and a minimum of 12 participants.
Certificate
Requirements for earning a certificate with grade and 3 ECTS credits are:
- Regular active participation in course instruction (maximum absences is 6 teaching units at 45 minutes)
- Regular completion of homework assignments
- Passing course exam
Those who do not pass the exam and/or are absent up to 9 teaching units at 45 minutes may still obtain a certificate of attendance without ECTS credit points and without grade (Syllabus).
Application / Placement Test
- The online registration opens mid-Januar.
- Registration after the registration deadline is not possible.
